About the Role
We are looking for a passionate Full Stack Developer with around 2 years of professional experience who enjoys solving real-world business problems and wants to build modern AI-powered applications. The ideal candidate should have strong experience with the MERN Stack, AWS Cloud, and an interest in leveraging AI tools to accelerate software engineering.
You will work closely with senior engineers to architect scalable web applications, integrate LLM services, build cloud-native solutions, and contribute to enterprise-grade AI platforms deployed for global clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using the MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
- Develop secure backend APIs and microservices using Node.js, Express.js / NestJS, and TypeScript.
- Build responsive frontend applications using React.js, Next.js, and modern CSS frameworks (Tailwind CSS).
- Design and optimize high-throughput databases using MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.
- Integrate third-party APIs and state-of-the-art AI services (OpenAI, Amazon Bedrock, Claude, etc.).
- Build document upload, processing, indexing, and retrieval workflows.
- Implement production RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines using vector databases.
- Deploy and maintain scalable applications on AWS using EC2, S3, Lambda, IAM, and CloudFront.
- Write clean, modular, and maintainable code adhering to test-driven and CI/CD engineering standards.
- Leverage modern AI-powered developer tooling (Cursor AI, GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude) to elevate velocity and code quality.
- Collaborate with designers, QA engineers, and project leads to deliver reliable client solutions.
